"Property looks old and we had washroom issues flush was not working, staff tried to fixed next day but it didn’t work it was on/off. I travelled with family and it was so much inconvenience. I booked 3 days but originally but I cancelled last night and the management refused to refund but at the end they returned half of the amount for 3rd night and I lost the money as well. "

"This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. "I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It was our first trip to Switzerland and could not have been a more positive experience. The hotel itself was easy to find which is extremely helpful when in an unfamiliar country. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It even had a small kicthen and the shower was large enough for 2 people! "A clean and basic hotel outside Zurich city center. The rooms have NO A/C but they do provide a standing fan. However the fan does not provide enough cooling after spending a hot summer day in Zurich. It The major street in front of the hotel is under construction. "
